Instructions:
Put the water in a small pan and add required quantity of Spice Berries Chukku Kappi Powder along with needed quantity of coffee powder. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Strain the Chukku Kappi ( Dry Ginger Coffee)and serve hot.
To enhance shelf life and to accommodate different customer preferences this product doesn’t include coffee powder.
Ingredients – Pankalkandu [Palm jaggery], Chukku [ Dry Ginger ], Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cumin and Coriander.

Handling / Storage – Once packet is opened, store in glass jar or air tight plastic jar.
